Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted), 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, divided, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, the sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
