Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. bag frozen carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, thawed and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of French fried onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions across top and bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
