Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, the sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 can of onion rings.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
