Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable combination, thawed and drained, 1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken), 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1 (2.8 oz.) can durkee french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 cup onions in large bowl.
Pour into a shallow pre-sprayed casserole.
Bake, covered, in a 350Β° oven for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top.
Bake 5 more minutes until top is brown.
