Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained (16 oz.), 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1 can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Pour into casserole dish, bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes uncovered or until onions are golden.
