Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
