Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can of onions.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish (buttered). Bake, covered, 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, for 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is golden.
