Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag vegetables, (california mix, thawed and drained), 1 can mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, and 1/2 can of onions.
Pour into a 1 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with the rest of cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
