Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an easy dinner you can prepare in just 34 minutes. Made with bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained (16 oz.), (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, c. shredded swiss cheese, c. sour cream and french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Combine ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup onions. Pour into casserole dish, bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes uncovered or until onions are golden.
