Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), thawed and drained, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and onions, bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
