Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1 cup French fried onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.
