Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination, thawed and drained, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
