Swiss Vegetable Medley
A creamy cheddar-and-mushroom-soup vegetable bake topped with crackly French-fried onions. The retro side that vanishes from every potluck.

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish and bake covered for 1/2 hour at 350Β°.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
