Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed, 1 (4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese and 1/4 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of the onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered for 5 minutes longer.
