Swiss Vegetable Medley
Swiss Vegetable Medley is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables, thawed and drained, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. shredded swiss cheese, 1/3 c. sour cream and 1/4 tsp. pepper (black), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fired onions.
Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole.
Bake covered at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until golden.
