Swiss Vegetable Casserole
Swiss Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/3 c. sour cream, 1 medium jar pimentos, chopped and 1 c. grated swiss cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Let vegetables thaw and drain well before mixing with the other ingredients.
Mix onions and grated cheese.
Set aside 1/2 of the onion and cheese mixture.
Mix all ingredients and bake in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and spoon the remaining onion and cheese mixture over the top of casserole.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
