Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. round steak, in serving pieces, flour, salt and pepper, sliced onion and sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut round steak in serving pieces.
Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat and brown in frying pan.
Chill and refrigerate until morning.
Place in casserole and place sliced onion and celery over top.
Add a small can of steak sauce mixed with same amount of water.
Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325Β°.
