Swiss-Sausage Casserole
Swiss-Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 slices bread, 2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, 1 tsp. prepared mustard, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. swiss cheese, sliced and 3 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Arrange bread slices in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix sausage and mustard and spread on top.
Arrange cheese on top. Combine, beat and pour over sausage and cheese the remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Allow to come to room temperature and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350Β°.
