Swiss Chicken
Swiss Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 t. flour, 1 t. paprika, 1 t. salt, 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves and 2 t. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine flour, paprika and salt in a plastic bag.
Add chicken and shake until well coated.
Brown chicken on both sides in butter and oil.
Add Sherry; cover and simmer about 25 minutes; or until tender.
Combine cornstarch and cream, stir into pan.
Cook, stirring until sauce thickens.
Add lemon juice and wine.
Sprinkle cheese over top of breasts, cover and let stand for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
