Swiss Broccoli Almondine
Swiss Broccoli Almondine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen chopped broccoli, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 tsp. thyme, 1/4 c. slivered almonds and grated rind of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook broccoli until barely tender.
Drain.
Combine soup, thyme, almonds, lemon juice and rind and milk.
Add to broccoli and stir to blend.
Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
Top with cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 6 to 8.
May be prepared early, then refrigerated for baking later.
