Swiss Bliss
Swiss Bliss is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, cut in serving size pieces, 1 can stewed tomatoes, drained (reserve juice), sliced onions to taste, chopped green peppers to taste and fresh mushrooms to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch.
On heavy-duty foil which has been greased and placed on a cookie sheet, arrange overlapping pieces of steak.
Top with sliced onions, green peppers and fresh mushrooms.
Pour cornstarch mixture over all.
Seal tightly.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 2 hours.
