Swiss Bacon Quiche
Swiss Bacon Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell, 1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled, 1/2 lb. swiss cheese, shredded, 3/4 c. light cream, milk or half and half and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake shell at 450° for 7 minutes.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese on bottom of shell.
Slightly beat eggs, milk and salt.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 250° for 30 to 35 minutes.
