Swiss Asparagus Casserole
Swiss Asparagus Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (14 oz.) cans cut asparagus, 1 can cream of asparagus soup, 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs, 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese or any white cheese or even cheddar and 1 can french fried onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain asparagus and use the liquid to thin down the cream of asparagus soup to the consistency of thick gravy.
Place cut asparagus, eggs, cheese, pepper and 1/2 of the onions in casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture over all and mix gently.
Cover with remaining onions.
Heat in oven until hot and bubbly.
