Sweetheart Corn Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal, 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream and 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add sour cream, oil and corn; mix well.
