Sweet Treat is an easy dinner. Made with 1 jar sweet apple sauce (medium jar), 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 box yellow cake mix, 2 sticks margarine and 1 c. nuts (pecans or walnut pieces), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Pour applesauce in pan.
Pour crushed pineapple into pan.
Sprinkle cake mix over applesauce/pineapple mixture.
Pour melted margarine over cake mix.
Put nuts on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Eat with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
