Sweet-Sour Green Beans
Sweet-Sour Green Beans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 cans whole green beans, drained, 1/2 c. wine vinegar, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 eggs and 7 or 8 slices bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry out.
Drain bacon and put into green beans.
Cut Polish sausage into small pieces and fry in bacon fat.
Drain.
Mix vinegar, sugar and beaten eggs together. Add egg mixture to small amount of fat and cook until thick.
Pour over green beans.
Serve hot.
