Sweet Rice
Sweet Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1 c. long grain rice, pinch of salt, 3 c. milk and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil the water.
Add rice and salt. Bring to a boil again until water evaporates (uncovered). Stir occasionally. Add 3 cups milk. Simmer until rice is cooked, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add 1 cup sugar and cook awhile longer.
Place in shallow dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
