Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallows
Sweet Potatoes With Marshmallows is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large cans sweet potatoes, 1 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 stick butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain sweet potatoes; put through ricer until mashed.
Scald milk.
Add vanilla, sugar and butter.
To potatoes add cinnamon, nutmeg and orange juice; stir.
Add milk mixture to potatoes; stir.
Use half of the sweet potato mixture to make a layer on the bottom of your dish, then a layer of marshmallows.
Top with remaining sweet potatoes.
Bake at 350Β° until very hot.
Add a top layer of marshmallows and brown.
Serves 8 to 10.
