Bake and peel potatoes (or boil with skins on) at 400° for 1 hour.
Cool and peel potatoes. Mash pulp and stir in raisins, sugar, cinnamon and pineapple.
Pour into baking pan and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Bake, covered, at 400° for 15 minutes.
