Sweet Potato Sausage Casserole
Sweet Potato Sausage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. sausage meat, 3/4 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sausage, Raisin Bran and 1/2 cup milk.
Place mixture on bottom of 1-quart casserole dish.
Combine potatoes, remaining milk, salt, nutmeg and ginger.
Spread over sausage in casserole. Place apple rings on top of potatoes, pressing slightly.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and additional nutmeg.
Bake at 400Β° for 40 minutes or until done.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
