Sweet Potato Puff is an easy dinner. Made with 5 c. mashed sweet potatoes, 1 (7 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, 1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped and miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sweet potatoes, pineapple and nuts.
Spray a 2-quart casserole with Pam or oil with margarine.
Alternate layers of sweet potato mixture and marshmallows, ending with marshmallows. Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Will serve 10 to 12.
