Sweet Potato Pie
Sweet Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. sweet potatoes (about 4 or 5 medium potatoes), cooked and beaten in a mixer to remove the strings, 4 tsp. vanilla, 2 1/4 c. sugar, 1 c. milk and 1 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
