Sweet Potato Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 stick margarine, melted, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix potatoes, sugar, beaten eggs and melted margarine.
Mix well and pour into two unbaked pie crust.
