Sweet Potato Casserole
Sweet Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 c. evaporated milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 stick oleo, melted and 1/3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Beat eggs.
Add white sugar, potatoes, 3/4 stick oleo, milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Put in a lightly buttered oblong casserole dish.
Prepare topping by mixing brown sugar, flour and 1/4 stick oleo.
Spread on top of casserole.
Sprinkle pecans on top.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and 2 to 3 tablespoons sugar. Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
