With pastry blender
Crisco, sugar, cinnamon, salt and baking powder into peeled and mashed sweet potatoes.
Then work in 2 1/2 cups flour, leaving flour to pat out biscuits. Bake in 425Β°
(preheated) oven for 25 minutes. (For variation add raisins and/or coconut dough.)
Brush tops with melted butter.
