Sweet Potato Bread
Sweet Potato Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/3 c. water and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and water at medium speed.
Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients; stir into egg mixture just until moistened.
Stir in sweet potatoes, raisins and nuts.
Pour into 2 greased 5 1/4 x 3 3/4-inch coffee cans.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.
Remove from cans.
Cool completely.
