Sweet Potato Bake
Sweet Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 medium-size sweet potatoes, a little milk or orange juice, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1/8 tsp. cracked pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Cook sweet potatoes and peel when cool.
Preheat oven to 325Β°. In a large bowl, beat sweet potatoes, butter, milk or orange juice and pepper until smooth.
Spoon mixture into casserole; top with as much drained, crushed pineapple as you wish, and sprinkle as much brown sugar on top as you wish.
Bake 45 minutes or until heated through.
