Sweet Potato Bake
Sweet Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes or 2 (1 lb.) cans, 1 can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 tbsp. soft butter or margarine, 2 tbsp. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mash sweet potatoes in a bowl.
Add drained pineapple, butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and milk.
Stir to blend.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes (until warmed through) at 350Β°.
Place marshmallows on top and bake approximately 15 more minutes until marshmallows are slightly melted and golden brown.
