Sweet Pickles
Sweet Pickles is an easy dinner. Made with 15 or 16 medium sized cucumbers, 8 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. mixed pickling spices, 3 tsp. salt and 4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine and bring to boil.
Pour over sliced cucumbers and let stand for 2 more days.
On third day, put cucumbers and syrup on stove and bring to boil.
Put in hot jars and seal.
