Sweet Pea Soup
Sweet Pea Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dried green peas, 1 pkg. dried yellow peas, 2 carrots, quartered and sliced, 1 onion, chopped and 1 parsnip, quartered and sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Add peas and water or vegetable cooking water according to directions on package (or 3 cups water for every 1 cup peas) to a large stock pot.
Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 1/2 hour. Add vegetables and seasoning and cook until peas have disintegrated to creamy consistency and vegetables mash easily against side of pot.
