Sweet Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) pkg. pillsbury all ready pie crusts, 6 slices bacon, 3 medium onions, thinly sliced, 1/2 c. light brown sugar and 2 tbsp. cider vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare pie crust sheet according to package directions for a filled one-crust pie, using a 9-inch pie plate.
(Refrigerate remaining crust for later use.)
Bake at 450Β° for 9 to 11 minutes, or until lightly browned.
(If crust puffs up, gently press back to bottom and sides of pan with the back of a wooden spoon.)
Cool completely.
