Mix all ingredients except sauce.
Small meatballs. Brown in a frying pan which has been sprayed with Pam or Mazola spray.
Transfer meatballs to crock-pot.
Pour on sweet and sour sauce.
High setting 1 to 2 hours. Serve from crock-pot.
