Sweet 'n Sour Shrimp
Sweet 'N Sour Shrimp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 bell peppers (1 red and 1 green), 2 medium onions, wedged, 2 c. pineapple chunks and 1/2 lb. precooked shrimp, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oil on high in a large skillet.
Add chopped peppers and onions and stir-fry for 4 minutes until crisp-tender.
Add pineapple, shrimp and stir-fry sauce.
