Sweet Coconut Pie
Sweet Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 3/4 c. sugar and 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan. Combine milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving 1/2-inch to 1-inch border.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Cool before serving.
