Sweet and Sour Sausage
Sweet And Sour Sausage is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices, 1/2 c. hot water, 2/3 c. chutney and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut sausage and place in 2-quart dish.
Add hot water.
Cover and cook in microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Drain.
Stir in chutney and sour cream.
Reheat (before serving) on Medium for 2 minutes.
Serve in glass cooking dish or chafing dish with wooden picks.
Serves 8 to 10.
