Sweet And Sour Sauce On Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) bottle wish-bone red russian dressing, 1 pkg. onion soup (dry lipton) mix and 1 jar smucker's apricot preserves (12 oz.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
👨🍳 Instructions
Place chicken pieces in flat pan or baking dish.
Pour bottle Red Russian dressing over chicken. Sprinkle package of onion soup over dressing.
Dribble jar of apricot preserves on top. You cover foil and bake at 325° to 350° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
Halfway through baking you can take foil off.
