Place chicken, skin side up, in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix next 3 ingredients together and spread 1/2 tablespoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, in 325Β° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Baste occasionally.
May substitute ribs or pork for chicken.
