Arrange chicken in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Combine dressing, apricot preserves, water and soup mix and stir.
Pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake 1 hour in 350Β° oven.
Remove cover.
Add pineapple and bake for 1/2 hour more uncovered. Delicious!!
