Sweet And Sour Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. apricot preserves (1 small jar), 1 (8 oz.) bottle wish-bone russian dressing, 1 envelope onion soup mix and bunch of chicken pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put chicken pieces in pan.
Combine preserves, dressing and soup mix in saucepan.
Simmer over low heat 5 minutes.
Pour over chicken pieces.
(Can do this night before.)
Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350Β°.
