Swedish Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 12 medium sized potatoes, 3/4 c. melted butter, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel potatoes and put into cold water.
Slice potatoes crosswise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Roll cut potatoes in melted butter and set into well buttered baking pan that is large enough to hold them.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until golden and tender.
